Raising Rainbows

Parent Support Group

This weekly group for the parents & caregivers of trans youth is a space where members can process their experience together while building a network of support. We are currently offering two cohorts, one online & one that meets in person in SE Portland.

It’s been a challenging season for the families and supporters of trans youth, and we need each other. Come connect with other parents, share wisdom, and build community while expanding your capacity to support and advocate for your child.

About the Facilitator

Noa Rimón Grayevsky, LMFT

I'm a therapist, a parent, a queer and gender-fluid person, an immigrant, an artist, and a firm believer in the healing power of community. I care deeply about youth and families, and I spend a lot of time thinking about how to support resilience building through helping parents and kids strengthen their relationships.

Before opening my private practice, I worked in community mental health settings for over a decade. I've offered therapy in both English and Spanish, worked closely with immigrant families, and have extensive experience supporting transgender youth, adults, and their families. My work is grounded in trauma-informed Somatic, Expressive Arts, and Narrative therapies.

I've been facilitating groups for over 20 years, and I'm honored and excited to leverage my skill and experience to support you to build community with other parents of trans, non-binary and gender expansive youth, to ask questions, to express feelings, to show up for your kid, and to grow.
